May 2026, Altruist, now known as Soda Pop, found his forever home with Emily. These two have much love and respect for each other.
Bella’s Kid
April 2025, Bella’s Kid found his forever home with Martha. Since moving to Idaho, he experienced snow for the very first time and has been loving his beautiful new home. We are so happy to see him thriving and enjoying this wonderful next chapter of his life.
Big Flint
July 2023, Big Flint found his forever home with Jen and family. We’re proud to share that Big Flint has officially joined the Santa Ynez Valley Hounds! From the track to the hunt field, he’s embracing his next chapter with heart, athleticism, and that same bold spirit we’ve always loved.
Black As My Heart
May 2025, Black As My Heart found his forever home with Sheila and Amelie. Their bond has been truly special to witness — built on trust, love, patience, and deep mutual respect.
Amelie and Black As My Heart share a beautiful connection, and we are so grateful to see him thriving in a home where he is so deeply loved.
Bob Daniels
August 2023, Bob Daniels found his forever home with Ondine.
The love and connection between these two shines through in every photo together. Watching their partnership grow has been truly heartwarming — they make an incredible team, and we couldn’t be happier for them both.
Circus Act
November 2025, Circus Act found his forever home with Kiley and Danielle.
Since arriving at his new home, he has already begun an exciting new chapter — with Kiley successfully jumping him at his very first show together! We are so proud of this wonderful partnership and excited to watch Circus Act thrive in his new career.

Together, they have formed an incredible partnership and have already collected an impressive number of ribbons along the way! Watching Ekin thrive with Jessica has been truly rewarding, and we are so proud of everything they’ve accomplished together as a team.
Grazie Daisy
October 2023, Grazie Daisy found her forever home with Jessica.
Since then, she has blossomed in her new career as an Eventing horse, showing incredible talent and heart every step of the way. We are so proud to see Grazie Daisy thriving in a home where she is loved, appreciated, and able to shine.
Sunrise Journey
April 2025, Sunrise Journey found his forever home with Eric and Petra.
This sweet boy absolutely loves being spoiled and has settled beautifully into his new life.
Even more special, Petra also adopted his half-brother, Potente Alba, allowing the two boys to enjoy life together once again. We are so grateful they found such a loving home where they can continue their journey side by side.
Sanctuary Horses
At KERRI, sanctuary horses are retired Thoroughbreds who will not be rehomed.
They are given lifelong safety, dignity, and care.
The Chosen Vron (Vronny)
The Chosen Vron has been responsibility retired into the KERRI program as the Program’s Ambassador. He now serves as an education horse to introduce the public to retired racehorses. He loves his second career under a western saddle
Ignition (Iggy)
2017 Gelding by Uncle Mo x Cambiocorsa.
Iggy is a gentle, affectionate soul who now enjoys a safe and loving lifelong home through KERRI. Known for his sweet nature and love of treats, Iggy quickly captures the hearts of everyone he meets.
Due to ongoing health concerns, including a tendency toward ulcers and colic, it was determined that the best path for Iggy was permanent sanctuary care rather than adoption.
Today, he spends his days surrounded by other KERRI horses, compassionate care, comfort, and the security he deserves.
